Who are Cross Cultural Trainers?
Hansa One Cultural Trainers are experienced corporate trainers that have expertise in certain regions or countries. Since we customize each program, we select the most appropriate trainer for each program based on their experience, expertise, background and schedule.
What languages do you teach?

Where do my lessons take place?
Unlike traditional language schools that are located in retail environments and provide courses to kids as well as adults, Hansa One only offers corporate training services. In addition, many of our programs can also be delivered at your company.
Is there a contract to sign or an obligation on my part?
No long-term contracts. You only sign an enrollment for the classes you are taking. Should you decide to cancel your program, we will issue a refund for the unused tuition.
I only have one or two employees per year that need some brush up. Is there a long term commitment I have to agree to?
No long-term commitments. We work on a needs basis and you get the BEST price without a corporate agreement.
Are your instructors native speakers ?
All Hansa One instructors are native-fluent. In addition, all instructors are trained and cross-trained in another language to experience the language learning process themselves and to gain understanding of the student's role in the classroom.
What is the difference between a consultant and an instructor?
Hansa One is unique in using both instructors and consultants. The reason is simple. If we find that a specialist is needed for a particular project, such as financial presentations or regulatory issues, we use a network of specialist consultants to assist in the program. For all general language programs, we use our own instructors and apply our proprietary techniques.
How long does it take to learn a language?
That depends on a number of factors. Hansa One will recommend a training program for you based on your time frame, goals, and budgetary guidelines. A Hansa One product advisor can send you a quote within minutes of a consultation.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. You may stop any of our programs at any time and we will issue a full refund of the unused tuition. No questions asked.
Can I learn with a friend?
Absolutely. In fact, if you bring 4 or more friends or colleagues, your portion of the program is free. It is just our way of saying “ thank you .”
What schedules do you offer?
Hansa One is flexible. We will work to accommodate your schedule and time frame. As with any service, availability may vary depending on our waiting list, but we will do our best to give you classes when convenient for you.
What kind of supervision do you have?
Hansa One offers instant feedback on all employees taking our programs worldwide. With our on-demand global CRM (customer relationship management system) we are able to report on student's progress, budget, and lessons taken, right in front of you. You will not have to wait for reports; they are already done! This allows you to better track budgets, approvals, and success rates of your employees. Can I take my program at different locations?
Yes, Hansa One makes it easy to transfer your program to any available location. Call your Hansa One representative for details.

Usually, a program can get started within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on the level of customization and language needed, our representative will give you the exact availability.
