We all know that English is the most widely spoken second language. But do you know which (non-English speaking) countries have the most English-speaking adults? There is an annual report prepared by EF that measures the English proficiency of adults from 63 countries around the world. It ranks the countries by the average level of English skills amongst adults and divided them into 4 groups from very high proficiency to very low proficiency. Can you guess who speaks the best (or worst) English? You can find the full report here. - Kornelia Lasluisa
